Mr. Kaunda Vyoseena

Kaunda Vyoseena is a Finance and Resource Mobilization Officer at the African Institute of International Law since June 2016, having joined from the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. Post Secondary School, he holds Certificates in National Book Keeping (1987), Accounting Technician (1988) issued by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors of Tanzania and did Professional Accounting Level I & II before completing a Diploma & Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Commercial Management of London (2004-2006). He is currently doing MSc. Financial Services Management with the University of Salford.

Mr. Vyoseena first worked with the Centre on Integrated Rural Development for Africa � CIRDAFRICA (1984-1996), last position being Budget and Accounts Assistant, then moved to African Dialogue Centre as Finance Officer � on Burundi Peace Negotiation under facilitation of the late President Dr. Julius Nyerere (1996-2002) and the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (2002-2016) where he rose to head a Finance unit in Kigali office.
